About Harrison

Like many aspiring chefs, Harrison’s appreciation for food is because of his mother. In 2022, he began his culinary journey at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City.

Harrison is excited to explore externship opportunities where he can further grow his skills among professionals and guests who appreciate food as much as himself.

Harrison grew up in Chicago, IL and currently resides on the Lower East Side of Manhattan.
